Tiarella cordifolia - Foam Flower
 
Tiarella is a herbaceous perennial to 30cm tall, with three to five lobed, broadly ovate leaves becoming bronze-tinged in autumn, and erect stems bearing open racemes of small, creamy-white flowers. Ideally grow in cool, moist, humus-rich soil in partial or full shade, but can tolerate a wide range of soils and can spread freely by ground covering stolons.Produces all its flowers in one early summer flush whereas Tiarella wherryii keeps up a more modest show but often all summer.
