Ranunculus acris 'Stevenii' is an upright perennial giant version of the meadow buttercup, typically nearly a meter tall with long-stalked, palmately divided leaves and open panicles of large, bright, glossy yellow, bowl-shaped flowers to 2.5cm across.


No pruning required.


Grow in humus-rich, fertile, moist or moist but well-drained soil in full or partial shade.

Height: 0.5—1.2 metres in 2—5 years

Spread: 0.1—0.5 metres
