NB If short of the species we send  the variety County Park which has slightly bluer flowers.

Pratia pedunculata - Blue Star Creeper is a vigorous perennial to 2cm tall quickly forming a wide mat of tiny rounded leaves with short stalked, star-shaped  blue flowers through late summer. Brilliant for ground cover and for planting in rockeries, between paving stones and even as an alternative to grass - as a lawn as it can withstand some foot traffic! Best grown in fertile, loamy, moist soil in deep or partial shade - also happy in full sun if not dry. No pruning required and generally trouble free but watch for slugs.

Height: 2cm

Spread: 1m+ in 1-2 years

Organically produced young plant grown in a 9cm pot for planting immediately or to grow on (pot removed when possible, to reduce plastic waste)

The pictures in this listing are examples of the available plant at maturity and do not indicate anything in regards to size of plant at the point of sale
