Polemonium reptans - Jacobs Ladder 'Kaleidoscope' is a herbaceous perennial forming a low mound of bright green and  cream leaves that become tinged with pink during cold weather. Soft lavender-blue flowers appear mid-spring to early summer. Excellent for borders and rock gardens and regarded by many as the best variegated Jacob's Ladder.
