Galium mollugo Hedge Bedstraw is a perennial wildflower with small white starry flowers blooming from June to September. An plant forpollinator as an excellent food source for butterflies and moths. In the wild grows in hedgerows and grassy 
areas. Grows best in calcerous soils, versatile as grows well in full sun and shade. Flowers at 5cm high in our 
occasionally mowed floral 'lawn', but flows like a foamy sea over a neighbour's fence where not restricted.
