Dryopteris erythrosora is an evergreen fern forming a compact clump of leaves often  shades of coppery pink when young.
Easy to grow in cool  moist  lightly shaded places and tolerates dry soil once roots are well established. Grows in full sun if given moisture.Cut all fronds off at the end of winter as although still green a fresher crop of new coloured leaves unfurls in spring.
